Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which users can request a refund for purchases made on the StudyTunnel platform, operated by BhamuIntelli Systems LLP.
Digital Goods and Services
StudyTunnel provides digital educational content, test series, and analytics. Because digital goods are immediately accessible upon successful payment, we generally do not offer refunds or cancellations once a transaction has been successfully processed and the service/content has been provisioned to your account.
Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
• Service Unavailability: If the purchased service (e.g., a specific test or module) is not provisioned to your account within 24 hours of a successful payment, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
Cancellations
For one-time purchases, cancellation is not applicable once the payment is successful. If we introduce subscription-based plans in the future, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but past payments will not be refunded.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a duplicate payment or unprovisioned service, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
1. Your registered email address/phone number.
2. Transaction ID or UPI Reference Number.
3. Date of transaction.
4. A brief explanation of the issue.

Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund request is received and approved by our team, the refund will be initiated within 3 to 5 business days. The credited amount will reflect in your original payment method (e.g., bank account via UPI) within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank's processing times.
